The voters of Louisiana proved nothing if not predictable on Saturday.
They were given the choice between a Rhodes scholar and a moron who couldn’t string together two coherent sentences if she was reading from a cue card — and they elected the idiot.
I am ashamed to live in a state where we can’t even get multiple choice questions right.
Bobby Jindal could have been the best thing to ever happen to Louisiana, but he was beaten by a career politician of questionable intelligence and marginal ability.
That really doesn’t say a lot for Louisiana.

i usually vote democrat - not because i am one, but because i generally agree with most dem. candidates’ views. i have to agree with you on this one, however. blanco is the archetypal career politician, and not a very capable one at that. hopefully jindal will run for senate when the time comes.
